We tried to send our parents here for a nice weekend away as a thank you gift. I dealt with Kelly at the front desk and she assured me that everything would be taken care of. On check out, however, our parents were actually charged for their stay (by Kelly, the same woman who took my credit card information over the phone and had pre-charged us). It was incredibly embarrassing for us--it was supposed to be a gift for our folks. After that was cleared up, we received a phone call from Kelly two months later that said we were "undercharged" for our parent's stay and that she needed to charge our card again. We did not authorize the charge. A few weeks later, guess who charged our credit card for $185.00? These people are shady. I would not trust them with your credit card information. Just don't give them your business--it may save you months of headaches
