The management are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and comfortable. My wife and I stayed for the weekend and we are definitely coming back. Sam Rayburn Lake is huge!

Excellent service! Terry told us about swimming and fishing access to the lake. Thank you. The manor is spacious, well- appointed, and the choice of colors is tasteful. It is exceptionally comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We all felt very relaxed and at home here. Thank you!

A great place to catch a disease! It is an old nursing home turned into a flop house. It is full of drug addicts and prostitutes. The management is aware and does nothing to clean the place up.

This place is full of drug addicts and prostitutes. It is a former nursing home that closed down several years ago, now it is a $30 a day flop house. I rated this place 5 stars so it would be seen by more people and hopefully closed down.

 Worst I have Ever Been Treated

I have stayed at the Super Lodge, located on Dyer Street in El Paso, Texas, before. On 2 Jan 2009 at approximately 4:00a.m, I tried to get lodging and was treated as if I was no one. The young lady at the front desk ask for my identification, which I promptly provided. She then, literally threw the I.D card through the slot as if she had an attitude and did not want to serve me. I politely asked her "did you have to throw my I.D card at me"? She replied, and I quote, "hurry up and give me the money or leave!" Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere. I have never had an experience like this before at any place of business and I plan to pursue the matter further. No one should ever be treated that way. The employee behaved in the most unprofessional manner possible. If she continues to work there, I will not be doing business with Super Lodge anymore. This is regrettable but necessary.

There have been several roaches in my room. At one time there were 4 in my tub! I have had several spiders in the bathroom as well. The walls here are paper thin and I have heard loud banging at all hours of the night. I have never had a hotel experience as horrible as this one. I was also accused by the hotel security of making loud noise in my room. At the time the noise was being made I was at dinner with a friend. I came up to my room and had been in there for less than 5 minutes when the guard knocked on my door and demanded that I open it. I am a single woman and did not think it was safe to open the door because there were two large men standing outside waiving a badge too fast for me to read it. I told him that it wasn’t me and that there must be some mistake and I was called a liar. I am very upset with the living conditions and staff treatment.

We stayed there in nov 07 to march 08.The lots are the biggest i have seen staying in rv parks over the years the park is a older park but well maintained the managers are great and cotton and mrs gallagher the owner's are pretty nice. Cotton is a pretty nice man. See you guys soon in nov. Peg spencer

I like the park because it is quite and large spots ,the managers are lovelely catherne and matt but cotton the owner is very grumpy but not that bad.
