Great place to stay because of the clean rooms and very nice owners (loved how they greet you by name). Although not a franchise it does have the necessities like micro-fridge, iron boards, irons, coffee, ice machine, laundry. I liked it for the price and peace of mind ... residents include mainly workers, so it is pretty quiet. Overall don't judge this place by its small appearance definitely the bang for your buck.
