The website for the Beach Plum is false advertising. The home looks much more run down in person. The front and backyards are overgrown with weeds. It is situated on a block that is not desirable for families. Everything inside in rundown, dirty, and much of it broken. Not much in the kitchen to use for cooking, etc. Would not recommend except maybe for college kids who want a place to crash.

We stayed in Bay Breeze Motel for new year eve, It was very nice and clean place. Staff was very accomodating. We will visit this motel again this summer.

I could write details, but all anyone needs to know is that this motel is not fit for human habitation. Stay away no matter how good you think the price is or how convenient the location is.
