What a dump. A sorry example of a holiday resort.
MISLEADING ADVERTISING by BE WARNED on March 13th, 2009
Dear Sirs,
It is with absolute disbelief that your community is able to offer BIMINI BAY RESORT AND SPA, as an ideal holiday location. I am an owner at this disgusting and shoddily built development and am surprised that it is even offered for rental. My property was given a 1 out of 10 when the property was inspected and described as uninhabitable. This development has been going on for 4 years and there is still no sign of any amenities what so ever. There are no pools and no clubhouse. According to the last home owners association meeting these will not be built until backing from investors can be found. There is also a huge security issue here with residents demanding CCTV immediately. This development has become a low income housing estate and NOT a short term vacation destination. I draw these comments to your attention as for me, a holiday is quality family time and this is not what you will get by staying at bimini bay.
One sorry owner at this development.
an absolute dump by Ian Taylor on February 22nd, 2009
It is with regret that as an owner of one of the townhouses on this so called resort that I have to tell you all it is a complets sham of a place. The units are shoddily built and there absolutely no facilities finished, nor are they likely to be finished in the near future. The whole area has become a low income housing estate and I do not see how this development can be advertised for holiday lettings. Check out the reviews on other websites to see what people are saying. As an owner at this resort I WOULD NOT EVEN STAY IN MY OWN PROPERTY. BE WARNED. This resort needs to be removed from any holiday letting sites immediately.
